Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, delivery typically takes 8-12 business days, depending on your country. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition to be eligible for a refund.

To start a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send the package back.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
